Welcome to the English site for the European Consumer Centre (ECC) Germany. The ECC Germany offer free indivudual information about European consumer legislation and assistance in the resolution of cross-border disputes.

The ECC Germany is part of a network of 27 centres in the European Union working together to resolve consumer disputes in an amicable manner.
However, the ECC Germany and France are somewhat unique bodies in this network as they are both located in Kehl, Germany placing them on the border of the two dynamic global markets that they represent. This is the only bi-national organization in the entire European network:
